SBR + EPDM RUBBER
It is used in amateur sports competitions and training areas. It is an ideal rubber flooring system. The first layer of the system consists of a mixture of SBR granules and PU binders. The second layer contains EPDM and PU binding mixture. Pattern work can be done thanks to the wide range of color options. It has a flexible and shock-absorbing structure that is resistant to sunlight and wear. It is hygienic and practical to clean. It is non-slip, small pored and water permeable. It is used in many areas such as walking paths, indoor and outdoor sports fields (tennis, basketball, volleyball), children’s playgrounds, playgrounds.
SPRAY SYSTEM
It is also applied in areas such as amateur sports competitions, training areas, walking paths. EPDM is a rubber flooring system. The first layer of the system consists of SBR + PU binder mixture. The second layer contains EPDM granule and colored PU binder mixture. The mixture is applied by spraying through a special machine. Coating surface is rough and waterproof.
SANDWICH SYSTEM
It is one of the ideal athletics track coatings used in international sports competitions. The first layer of the system consists of SBR + PU binder mixture. Elastic PU sealant is brought over this layer. The last layer of the system should be the same color as the EPDM granule to be used. Sprinkle EPDM is applied on the elastic, self-leveling PU material resistant to sunlight. It is more durable and flexible than other EPDM flooring systems. It is one of the systems that can get IAAF approval.
FULL POLYURETHANE COATING
It is an ideal athletics track coating used in international sports competitions. This system is made by the sprinkling method in all layers of the EPDM flooring system. The application starts with the application of SBR granules on the elastic self-leveling PU material in the first 2 layers of the system. In the last layer, the method of spreading EPDM granules on the elastic self-leveling PU material as in the sandwich system is preferred. It is the most durable and elastic structure among all EPDM rubber floor covering price. Currently, it is the best quality flooring system that has achieved IAAF approval.
